Pâture 法香是一個與 Atipic 亞提法式餐廳直接相關的品牌。Atipic 由一對法國主廚夫妻共同創立。
我們近期成立了這個網站，希望將更多美味的法國食品帶給大家，特別是我們在餐廳中精心挑選、製作及使用的手工產品。
我們希望透過高品質、真實且具法國特色的產品，為大家帶來真正的法式體驗。部分產品直接從法國進口，另外也有部分產品是在台灣專為我們的餐廳製作，採用源自法國傳統的食譜與製作方式。
Pâture，希望將法國的美好與味道，從我們的餐廳和這個網路延伸到您的生活中。
Pâture is a brand directly connected to Atipic restaurants, created by a French chef couple.
We recently launched this website to share and offer delicious French & French style products, with a particular focus on the artisanal products that we select, make, and use in our restaurants.
Our goal is to offer you an authentic French experience through high-quality, genuine products. Some are imported directly from France, while others are made in Taiwan exclusively for our restaurants, using recipes and techniques inspired by French tradition.
Pâture is our way of bringing a little taste of France to you, beyond our restaurants and this online shopping.
Why Pâture ?
為什麼“法香”？
我們選擇 「Pâture 法香」 這個名字，是希望傳達大自然、真實感，以及我們始終重視的手工製作精神。
我們希望提供用心製作的產品，講究 品質、嚴選食材與手工製作方式，與大量生產的食品有所區別。
在 Pâture 法香，我們相信，真正的品質不需要用言語證明——用味道就能感受得到。每一項產品都經過我們用心製作與嚴格挑選，而真正品嚐之後，您就能體會其中的不同。
We chose the name “Pâture” to evoke nature, authenticity, and the craftsmanship at the heart of everything we do.
We want to offer carefully crafted products, focusing on quality, carefully selected ingredients, and artisanal methods, far removed from the standards of mass-produced goods.
At Pâture, we believe that quality doesn’t need to be claimed — it can be tasted. Every product is carefully created and selected, and it is through tasting that you can truly appreciate the difference.
